Before anyone pays, the price just re-splits. ROAM texts the group the new price per person, so nobody is surprised, and nothing is charged until your group confirms. Once the jet is booked, the group has chartered the whole aircraft, so a dropout's share is covered by the charter partner's cancellation terms, which you see before you pay.

When a jet has to fly somewhere empty, like heading home after dropping someone off, operators sell that flight at a big discount. The route and time are set by the operator, and it can be canceled if the original trip changes, so empty legs work best for flexible groups.

Our charter partner works to find a replacement jet, and ROAM shows airline flights for the same trip as a backup. Refunds follow the partner's terms, which are shared with your group before anyone pays.

You don't pay ROAM. Once enough people reply IN, our charter broker partner confirms the jet and collects each person's share directly, before the flight.

The whole cabin is yours. Bags are included up to the jet's luggage space, and most charters have snacks and drinks on board. Pets are usually welcome with the operator's OK. Each quote lists what's included.
